Shawna began her real estate career with The Dover Group, a division of Madison House, Ltd in 1995. She was hired as the business and operations manager for a group of elite, top-producing agents. Under the guidance of her mentor, Ann Dover, she discovered her passion for the ever-changing landscape of real estate. The dissolution of The Dover Group in 1999 led her to Windermere Real Estate Company, where she joined one of the five offices under the exclusive management of the founding Jacobi Family. As the senior assistant and transaction coordinator for Bob Bennion & Bob Deville, who have dominated Seattle`s high-end residential real estate market for over a decade, she oversaw hundreds of transactions. Ultimately navigating her way through interactions with clients and agents alike, learning from an elite team. After functioning as a Senior Assistant, Buyers Agent & Transaction coordinator for Bennion & Deville, she ventured out onto her own in 2000.
Shawna now runs her own successful real-estate business, specializing in the exclusive agency representation of Buyers & Sellers in the Greater Seattle area. The clients she represents are a combination of returning clients and referrals from past clients and agents. She believes adamantly in providing exemplary customer service, and working collaboratively with her clients to form lasting relationships which draw her clients back time and again.
Specializing in the marketing of residential homes, Shawna was asked to join Carol Burns of Windermere Real Estate, whom she had known from her early real estate career, to focus on the preparation, marketing and sale of premier high-end properties. She is also continually asked to provide assistance to agents on marketing and design concepts. She has consulted and trained agents in the Coachella Valley of California on branding, marketing and client representation.
With a background in distinctive properties and the clients that she has represented over the years, Shawna`s portfolio continues to grow. Her knowledge, expertise, and commitment to her clients keeps her business burgeoning. With her dedication, team of service providers, support team and connections in the local real estate and marketing industries, she is able to provide all of her clients with an unsurpassed level of service, translating into higher returns/profit for her clients.
